Who Are You? By Mike Multi

From birth we have been taking on characteristics of others around us. Think about your first day of school ever, your parents took you inside a place you never been before, seeing people you never meet before. A scary thing for a kid who has only been around their parents & other siblings since birth. They take you inside to meet your teacher or teachers & your other classmates, you don't know anyone. So you start to look around & you see the other kids playing in groups, you want to be apart of a group, but you don't know where you fit in. So in order to be apart of the group, you take on character traits of some of the other popular kids in the group, just so you fit in & seem like everyone else. No one ever taught you that it would be a mistake to do that, because you're hidding parts of who you are naturally to be liked by someone else, just to fit into a group. Now think about this,

If you've been doing that since kindergarten, by 12th grade, WHO ARE YOU? If no one stopped you from hidding who you are naturally, just to fit, by 25yrs old, WHO ARE YOU? Then if no one never stepped in to redirect the way you're going, & you're still in that same practice, At 50 yrs old

WHO ARE YOU? If you stop to think, Who am I? What parts of my life is naturally me, or

What did I pick up just to fit in? Am I who I say I am or Am I pieces of everyone I've come in contact with in my life? We need to think about these things in order to keep our individuality, but still being apart of the group of life.

What are you bringing to the group? Is it your natural self, as an individual? or Is it pieces of other people you've picked up along the way, in your journey through your life?

WHO ARE YOU?
